We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on:

  • Digital toolkits

  • Resource bundles

  • Training materials

 

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

 

Exceptions

If you experience:

  • A duplicate charge

  • A technical issue preventing access

  • A corrupted file

  • An incorrect product delivery

Consulting and Coaching Services

Consulting, coaching, and custom services may be subject to separate agreements.

 

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Completed consulting sessions are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
